Our production line in China is located in Hangzhou.The partnership began with the specialized production of polyester fabrics with PVC and PU coatings, in collaboration with Exalt.We are also engaged in joint investment in machinery and equipment for the spunlace line, as well as technical cooperation.
In China, there are two production lines with a width of 3.5 meters,with an effective width of up to 3.3 meters.The production speed can reach up to 200 meters per minute(for 40 g/m² products).For 70 g/m² products, the maximum speed is 150 meters per minute,while for 101–3 g/m² products, it is approximately 80–100 meters per minute.
The equipment in China is designed for high-speed, mass production and adopts an air-flow type hot-air drying system.It is mainly intended for the large-scale production of white products.
